Hello Everyone
We are starting a new class at the Retreat on the A35 near Christchurch every Friday at 6pm.. You may remember it as the old East Close Hotel.
This is a Revitalising Yoga class conducted by David specifically for those who want to begin Yoga or want to continue to practice. Many of you have often spoken about partners who were interested to start Yoga and this is now an opportunity to invite them to a space specifically designed to help them to improve their flexibility and wellbeing.
