Here at Birch Heath Lodge, we had our very own Festival called Birch Fest!

We decorated the home ready to party, and enjoyed some delicious burgers and hot dogs for lunch, followed by a visit off an upside down clown, then a colourful and exciting disco to some 1950's music and quiz.

Everybody was smiling and laughing throughout the day and was great to see everyone getting involved.

Here at Birch Heath Lodge, we enjoyed inviting the amazing Deborah into the home to sing. The people living with us had a great time singing and dancing along to songs from Vera Lynn, Doris Day and even some rock and roll songs by the King of pop Elvis Presley!

This Afternoon we enjoyed our very own first BBQ of the year with the sun shining over us. Everybody enjoyed their burgers...Hot dogs...and chips.

We hope to have many more days like this over the next Month. Thank you to all the staff for helping. Well done to Jude, our chef for her first ever BBQ. The residents very much enjoyed it.

Everyone loved looking at all the beautiful flowers and plants, More...Fresh Air, and enjoyed some delicious lunch and coffee in the cafe.
