Hayley is a friendly and approachable, fully qualified podiatrist who also works full-time in the NHS. She is beginning an exciting new chapter, starting her own business and will be renting a room within the clinic.

New addition to the studio – our Personal Best (PB) Board!

We love working together as therapists to encourage our clients to become the best version of themselves and to move pain-free. To help celebrate progress of all kinds, we’ve introduced our PB Board.

A personal best can look different for everyone — whether it’s stepping up pain-free, running your first 10k, lifting a heavier weight, or achieving something that once felt out of reach. Every win matters, and we want to celebrate them with you.

When you hit a new personal best, your name will go up on the PB Board and into the monthly draw. At the end of each month, one lucky winner will be pulled from the hat and will receive a free treatment or workout to use the following month.

Let’s celebrate progress, not perfection 💪

Available treatment room to rent.

It was so lovely to see the sun shining through Treatment Room 4’s window this morning ☀️

We have availability over the next couple of days to rent this room. Our space is currently home to a range of therapies including physiotherapy, reiki, reflexology, soft tissue therapy, and a personal trainer.

We’re now looking for another practitioner whose work would complement the therapies we already offer.

Please give me a shout if you’d like more information or to come and view the room.
