Beautiful evening in the treatment room this evening, the ambient bird song is instantly calming.

It's been ages since I have had time to post, it has been a busy time in the treatment room, which I am very grateful for.

My fascia bodywork course is almost finished, I very much look forward to introducing more of you to the fabulous world of fascia - who knew if the right techniques are used the body will gently unravel itself in an incredibly gentle way.

My prices will be increasing from 4th May 2026.

It's a back to school weekend for me in Exeter.

We covered lots of new exciting stuff today, and I can bring the knowledge straight into my treatments.

Myofascial Release is an exciting subject, the work is extremely gentle and light and very effective.
