It's a back to school weekend for me in Exeter.

We covered lots of new exciting stuff today, and I can bring the knowledge straight into my treatments.

Myofascial Release is an exciting subject, the work is extremely gentle and light and very effective.

It's a study day here at KatieBee Holistic Therapies, learning all about the complex structure of fascia, lots of exciting knowledge to gain, all heading toward becoming a Myofascial Release Practitioner. Can't wait to share the new techniques with you.
