Who believes horses have their own wisdom — and that real training begins with trust?

At MY-Connection, our herd of ten horses and ponies guide people back to themselves.
We’re seeking a grounded, intuitive horseperson to care for and work alongside them — blending gentle horsemanship, liberty work, and deep observation.
This isn’t a riding-school job.
It’s a calling for someone who values connection over control, and who finds meaning in stillness, presence, and authentic care.

You’ll love this role if you:

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that our dear pony Coco has passed on at the incredible age of 38, that's nearly 140 years old in horse years...
Coco was more than just a pony - he was a teacher, a friend and a true legend in our community. Over the years he helped so many of you take your first seat in the saddle, building confidence and creating memories that we hope last a lifetime.
His cheeky personality kept us all smiling from his love of sneaky treats to his playful antics in the field and around the cottage gardens.
We would love to celebrate his amazing life with all of you who knew him. If Coco was a part of your journey, please share your favourite memories or photos of him in the comments.
Lets remember the joy he brought into our lives and keep his spirit alive through the stories we share.
