Just a tad excited to receive Ottolenghi Comfort Book! There’s real joy in building a mushroom ragù like this. You start with a beautiful mix of mushrooms—each one bringing its own texture, its own perfume—then you fold in that sweet, earthy celeriac and suddenly the whole pot comes alive. It’s just honest cooking: great ingredients, treated with respect, turning into something far bigger than the sum of its parts 🙏🏻
