I have been a Complementary Health Practitioner and Yoga Teacher since the 1990's. I am passionate about my work and am always enjoy sharing my experience and skills in doing treatments , running Yoga classes and Holistic workshops. I do Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Facial Rejuvenation Massage and teach one to one yoga or small groups.

*Uplifting stretch out & Yoga session with Aromatherapy oils
*Hot Sauna & cold plunge available to detox & release aching muscles
* For the adventurous a dip in the River Towy
* Chi machine, infrared lamp & shakti mat to rebalance & recharge
*Refreshments
*Deeply relaxing meditation & mindfulness session
* Indulge the senses with a mini Aromatherapy session where each guest can make their own Aromatherapy shower gel to take away with with them
* Each participant receives a gift of an essential oil to take home
* £50 payable in advance
*Bring swim suit , towel & water, blanket or duvet & pillow , comfy clothes.
