Enjoy a welcoming yoga session which is great for feeling uplifted & energized. Clearing blocks & stagnation & getting that positive energy flowing! Suitable for everyone ….

Refreshments including homemade cakes & herbal teas & coffee

Mini Aromatherapy workshop where each guest receives a gift of an essential oil & where you will have the chance to explore some of my favorite oils & make up a shower gel to take home.

There will be an opportunity to wander around the gardens & use the sauna, cold plunge & surge of chi machine & shakti mat.

Finish the afternoon with a blissful guided relaxation session …. Bring your pillow & duvet!

These afternoons really give us a precious chance to relax & recharge our batteries & feel nurtured & nourished on a deep level.
