Hi everyone! I'm just putting the feelers out there for a mens chair based exercise class, using Pilates, Yoga and functional strength exercises to improve strength, balance, mobility, posture and functional fitness.
I've been running a class in Berry Hill Memorial Institute - "The Hut" for a while but understand that men can feel uncomfortable in a female dominant environment.
It would be a daytime class, suitable for men, all fitness levels, no floor work.
