Summer holidays are officially here…
That means routines shift, kids are home, the heat ramps up, and suddenly your “me time” feels like a distant memory.

Here’s your Summer Survival Kit (no packing required!)
🧃 Hydration - It's not glamorous, but it's essential. Sip water like it’s rosé at a BBQ.
👟 Movement (in any form) - A class, a walk, stretching in the kitchen while dinner cooks - it all counts.
📆 Looser routines - Let go of perfect schedules. Some weeks will be off - that’s OK.
😴 Rest when you can - Early night? Quick nap? Feet up with a cuppa? It matters.
📱 Support - Stay connected. Whether it’s in class, in the DMs or on our socials – you don’t have to do it alone.
✨ Permission to prioritise you - Even if it’s just 10 minutes. You’re worth showing up for.
So yes, summer is a bit chaotic… but you don’t have to disappear in the madness.
