After the absolutely fantastic response I had to my previous post I am very excited to announce that I will be starting the line dance classes on
🎉 Wednesday 10th September! 🎉
I am offering both an evening class every Wednesday 6.45-7.45pm
And a daytime class! Every Thursday 11.30am-12.30pm
£6.50 a session or a block of 6 for £36 or £7 on the door.

These classes are for absolute beginners but everyone is welcome.

Hi everyone, I'm just putting the feelers out to see who'd be interested in a
⭐ Beginners line dance class in Cinderford? Wednesday 6.45-7.45pm at Studio No4 on the forest vale industrial estate.

Not many people know but as a teenager I absolutely loved line dancing, it was a massive part of my life, I even got to the final of the world championships in Nashville! Then of course life got in the way!
I really wanted to start line dancing again and thought that starting a beginners class would be a great idea so I could share my love of dancing with all you lovely people!
Line dancing is a fun way to stay active for the whole family. I started at 13 with my Mum and Nan. It's low impact and can be adapted to suit anyone with joint issues. My mum still like dances now at 75 even with a recent knee replacement!

It will be £6.50 a session or £36 for a block of 6.

Let’s talk about why we move our bodies...
Sure, exercise can help with weight loss or fitness goals - but it’s about so much more than that.

Here’s what regular movement can really do for you:

Feeling it the day after a workout? 😅

You know that moment when sitting down feels like a workout in itself? Yep, we've all been there.

DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is totally normal - it means your body’s adapting and getting stronger. But there are things you can do to help speed up recovery and ease the ache 👇

💧 Hydrate well - your muscles need water to recover
🍽️ Fuel your body - don’t skip your post-workout meal
🚶‍♀️ Gentle movement helps - a walk or stretch can work wonders
🧘‍♀️ Try a light yoga or mobility session
🛀 Soak it out - warm baths or magnesium salts can help relax muscles
💤 Prioritise sleep - recovery happens when you rest

Don’t worry - it gets easier, and the post-workout soreness becomes something to be proud of 💪

Let’s talk about that moment…

You’ve packed for the holiday, the sun’s out, the pool’s calling…
And then you put on the swimsuit or the shorts and suddenly feel like shrinking into the shade.

Summer holidays are officially here…
That means routines shift, kids are home, the heat ramps up, and suddenly your “me time” feels like a distant memory.
