I’m volunteering this Sunday at the Ciren 10k with Sports massage therapy.

Keeping those legs moving and the post-race wobble under control 😅

GBDF - Great British Diving Federation
WINTER MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIP

I had the pleasure of being the poolside physio and sports therapist for the GBDF winter diving competition

There are few things I learnt…..

1. Divers are the most fun bunch of athletes you may get the chance to work with

2. There aren’t many injuries that will stop a diver getting into the water

3. A diving social is the place to be! If you get invited, GO!!

Due to this I was kept very busy during the day with injury prevention physio sessions and sports therapy.

And at night on the dance floor with a bunch of divers on a social with a Freddie mercury impressionist (say no more)

GBDF - WINTER DIVING 2025

I had the pleasure of being the pool side physio at the recent GBDF winter masters championships.

There a few things I learnt…

1. Divers are the most fun bunch of athletes you’ll come across!

2. A diver will not let an injury stop them getting in the water.

3. If you get invited out for a social with divers, you should go, they know how to have the best time.

Due to this I was kept busy for the weekend, but had a great time with great company.
