We’re saying goodbye to Syns and introducing Swips, there's a brand new healthy fats choice – we're talking nuts, olive oil and yes, avocado 🥑🥜 to name a few! These changes have been made to make our healthy eating plan even more flexible than ever! Pop along to one of my groups for all the details, trust me.... you’re going to love it!
