A journey with PCOS, gestational diabetes, weight loss and a love of lifting led naturally to my passion for nutrition, as I realised that I was only ever going to make the changes and achieve the results that I wanted if I got my diet and nutrition right. This fascinated me as much as it frustrated me, because surely this should not be the case this day and age??? I went down a few rabbit holes and got mislead by Dr Google often. Over time I learned to fuel my body for performance and also for recovery from injury pretty well, but at the same time the more I learned, the more I knew I didn’t know. The only way to decipher it once and for all was to study health and performance nutrition in depth, and this I did with the world renowned MNU. I haven’t looked back.
