Hi I have been thinking about starting a page for a while as this time in our lives with covid it changes the way we think now and I know a lot of people suffer from mental health problems. I my self have suffered with mental health problems for the past 15 years I am mental health first aid trained so I thought I would set up this page for people in our community to discuss mental health either by comment or you can message me if you have any questions you want to ask I may not be able to answer all but I will give it by best . I think it's right I give a listening ear to others with mental health issues look forward to seeing you all on my page🙂
