Are you an enthusiastic independent Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist looking to join a forever growing Private Healthcare Clinic? We are a modern, innovative, young practice running out of the heart of the Cotswolds
Job Role: To be part of a progressive, multidisciplinary private Healthcare Clinic promoting the health and well being of the general public. Your aim would be to provide superior musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation. This would include management and recovery for sports injuries, maintenance, prevention and recovery for our elite and amateur athletes, to help with post-operative recovery and maintain the health, strength and wellbeing of the general public.
To provide superior assessment, treatment and goal management services along with deliver an array of hands-on therapeutic techniques. You will be expected to work safely and identify when issues and pathologies are out of scope and require inter-referrals to GP, Imaging and allied healthcare professionals at Cirencester Physiotherapy Centre.
Job Specification
Optimal Band 5 Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist all levels of experience welcome for interview.
HCPC Registration
CSP Member +/- Insurance provider and Public Liability Insurance
Excellent communication skills and patient centered approach
Able to take a thorough subjective history, objective examination and patient record keeping
Provide hands-on therapeutic skills
Provide exercise prescription and rehabilitation- while having a passion for current research and modern strength based physiotherapy
Knowledge and experience in Sports Injuries and rehabilitation based on healing timeframes
Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently
Maintain a professional and clean clinical area
Unremarkable DBS check
Basic First Aid training
Preferable:
Completed a static musculoskeletal rotation
Worked alongside athletes, sports team or in a sporting environment, managing sports injuries
Sports Massage Qualification
Sports injury knowledge and management experience
Additional specialties; Women’s Health, Rheumatology, Pilates, Ante-Post Natal etc
Confident on a laptop to provide electronic clinical notes and booking systems
Job Responsibilities:
Clerical (20%)
Electronic patient record keeping and notes
Patient rebooking
Diary management
Responding to direct patient emails
Creating electronic rehabilitation programmes
GP letters and referrals if required
Clinical (80%+)
Physiotherapy responsibilities and duties
Examination skills
Therapeutic treatment skills

Cleanliness of clinical area

The amount of hours and days are negotiable and flexible, based on personal preferences and room for growth.
Competitive rates of pay will be discussed at Interview. This will be on a self-employed basis for probatory period and a percentage of revenue generated per patient seen, ranging between £28-30 per hour which will be paid monthly.
Once on a full contract based on experience and performance salary will range of £25000- £35000 Pro Rata

We are a small business in the heart of the cotswold, looking for a dedicated hardworking individual to joint the team. All individuals will be considered for interview no matter current experience in MSK private practice. Applicants will be chosen on knowledge of current research and the ability to engage clients at interview.
