🌿 One week to go until Nordic Walking begins at Active Lifestyles Stroud! 🌿

We’re pleased to be hosting a 3-week beginners’ Nordic Walking course at Active Lifestyles Stroud, delivered by an experienced external provider.

Nordic Walking is a brilliant way to enjoy the outdoors while improving fitness, posture and overall wellbeing — using specially designed poles to support a full-body workout that’s suitable for a wide range of abilities.

⏰ Time: 11:30am – 12:30pm
📍 Meeting point: Outside the café at Active Lifestyles Stroud

Our weekly timetable, we have beginner sessions at the end of January.

Evie will teach you technique of walking with poles, it’s more than just walking it’s purposeful, increases your heart rate steadily and gives you an all over body work out.

From aches and pains to elite athletes the technique is still the same.
