Welcome!

Hello and a very warm welcome to my page. I am a fully qualified and insured holistic therapist with over 10 years experience working within the holistic and beauty industry. I am based in Cerney on the Water, Gloucestershire and offer a mobile service to all the surrounding villages.

My family and I have just moved to the area from Leicestershire where I had my own business. I started my career back in 2009 studying Anatomy and Psychology, Diet and Nutrition which led me on to taking many more courses in holistic and beauty therapies including NVQ Level 2 and 3 in beauty. I have worked for a leading spa in Lincolnshire for many years before starting my own business. The treatments I can offer you are Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Reflexology amongst other beauty treatments such as facials, manicures and pedicures. I specialise in Deep Tissue Massage which focuses on realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, especially helping those with upper and lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, stiff neck and sore shoulders.

As a nutrition specialist, I believe that good nutrition is the cornerstone to good health! As a Psoriasis suffer since the age of 13, I have tried and tested many products but found that what I ate made the most difference to my skin. I found that looking at my diet, lifestyle and environment and making changes in these areas has transformed my skin. I can help you access your health, diet and lifestyle and develop a programme to meet your body’s needs.

I believe in using the purest organic products on the skin during my treatments. All products that I use are organic, vegan and not tested on animals.
