Honestly it’s never too late if you’re in your third trimester and creeping towards your due date. You’re welcome to join classes anytime from the second trimester onwards.
I would say though, the earlier the better, for helping to support balance in your body, and ease discomfort physically. Your tissues take time to change and adapt, so the earlier you start pregnancy yoga, the more time your body has to adjust. Many ladies join at 15 weeks, and continue all the way to 40+ weeks!
For hypnobirthing and birth preparation, again, the earlier the better to help you embed the knowledge and techniques. It can feel like a real learning curve. Equally, it can still be helpful to learn about even when you’re close to due date!
So basically, come along whenever it feels right for you and you’ll be very welcomed ☺️
