In the program We get all individuals to achieve their desired goals, in the case of Lydia she really wanted to loose body fat, drop a dress size, get stronger and make this all fast and permanent. Then to push on and continue after the 6 weeks!
Lydia has given her all into the program, and achieved more strength, higher metabolism, weight loss of 7kg ( 15.4lb ), Cms down in all areas and probably most of all confidence in herself and her abilities 🫡
