Things are changing in Slimming World groups up and down the country. Following on from research with our members past and present we have listened 👂 and have responded in a BIG way!

Our group format has changed and I am proud to be offering this in all my groups (and my members are LOVING it)

Mondays
Cirencester Baptist Church
5.30pm & 7pm

Wednesdays
Cirencester Football Club
9.00am & 10.30am and 4.30 & 6.00 & 7.30

Sit-down support sessions now last a maximum of 40 minutes

Perfect choice from chicken, rice and mango, with coriander tamari lime juice! Scrumptious. My daughter said she’d want to make it again 👍👌

Wonderful day with my daughter and grandchildren at the Cotswold Beach, with a picnic. Dinner- super quick zesty salmon poke bowl
Now chilling in the garden and munching on a watermelon straight from the fridge. Yummy!
