Our holistic centre offers a pathway to inner growth, emotional balance,& spiritual awakening. I help people Finally heal from co-dependency, Complex PTSD and anxiety, and be free of attracting toxic and narcissistic people in their lives. The universe is a vibrational place. Our frequencies are our attracting points. This means, anything from our past that is holding us back, is creating a negati

ve attracting point. My goal is to help you recover the confident you and create a brand new self image of yourself with passion & purpose. My goal is to help you understand your childhood brainwashing and what it will take for you to completely heal, and shift your vibrational set point so that you can learn the secrets needed to become a deliberate creator. No matter what has happened to you in your life, you can heal, and begin attracting people, and circumstances into your life that you serve your growth. Codependency is created in childhood. When we come from homes that are oppressive, we are taught (brainwashed) to believe that what we think does not matter. We are programmed to disassociate from what we are feeling. And when we are taught that what we feel is insignificant, we learn early to disassociate from our bodies. Once we disassociate, we also disempower ourselves. Until we change our vibrational set points-our lives cannot change. Perfectionism in Driven Women

Perfectionism often exists on a spectrum and can significantly influence one or more areas of life, particularly for women who are ambitious and highly driven. These individuals may strive for excellence but find themselves struggling with the pressure to meet exceptionally high standards.

Common signs of perfectionism in driven women may include:
• Setting exceptionally high standards and expectations for themselves
• Feeling intense pressure to achieve and exceed goals
• Craving organization, structure, and clear guidelines
• A heightened fear of failure or falling short
• Being ambitious and relentlessly goal-oriented
• Struggling with self-doubt or insecurity despite achievements
• Fixating on small mistakes or imperfections
• Equating mistakes with failure or incompetence
• Fearing judgment or rejection due to perceived flaws
• Spending excessive time and energy to perfect or refine efforts
• Overthinking and engaging in harsh self-criticism
• Always feeling the need to be over-prepared or have contingency plans
• Seeking exact instructions or rigid expectations for tasks
• Being highly sensitive to criticism or negative feedback
• Displaying all-or-nothing thinking patterns
• Tying self-worth or self-esteem to accomplishments
• Experiencing imposter syndrome, with a persistent fear of being “found out”

For these women, perfectionism can be both a driving force and a source of significant stress. Recognizing these tendencies is the first step toward achieving balance and self-compassion.

I help you heal from the root cause of perfectionism , reprogramming your subconscious mind for unstoppable self worth, success and untapped creativity through trauma therapy, spiritual psychology & kundalini yoga

LOVING THE SELF

"Everyone wants the commitment from another that no matter what, put me first and that is a commitment that no one can keep"

• The truth is The ultimate relationship is within, the union between the divided-self and the divine-self.
• All of life is a relationship because it is the out-picturing of how we relate to ourselves.
• All other relationships are the projection and reflection of our ability or inability to love.
• Relationships are the Universal Law mirror of our beliefs and how we relate to what does or does not occur.
• When we unconditionally love ourselves we are able to unconditionally love others.
• All relationships are the opportunity to discover deeper depths of our soul, revealing the hidden beliefs within the subconscious mind so they can be healed.
• The primary source of suffering within relationships is not accepting people as they are.
• Codependency is a dis-ease caused by assigning our identity to another person, causing us to experience dysfunctional ups and downs.
• The moment you assign someone as your source of joy you instantaneously assign them as your source of suffering.
• i believe our goal is to become 100% response-able for our emotions and consciously become the cause of what we want to create in our relationships.
• To be empowered in relationships we must allow others to have their own relative truth.
• May we create healthy boundaries so we can stay in our Peace and follow our bliss.
• May we open our hearts and experience profound intimacy in all of our relationships

" I want you to know that as much as I love you, there is someone who comes first before you. And that is my alignment with the Source within me. That is my Inner Being. That is who I am devoted to, Loving me, That is who I’m aligned to.That’s who I’m feeling for the love for myself, That’s what my commitment is to. And my promise to you is, that I will give you as much as I can – the fullness of me – not a separated me. I’m going to do my best to satisfy my alignment, and therefore give you the gift of living with someone who is aligned Loves themselves unconditionally And what that will be for you, what that will mean for you and how that will play out for you is: I won’ be needing or demanding from you behaviour in order to keep myself happy. My happiness will be dependent upon my focus and loving myself first.”

Starting over is never easy but we must have the courage to do so…..

Letting go of the familiar can be terrifying, even when it no longer serves us.

There’s a strange comfort in the known, even if it’s not where we’re meant to be. But life has a way of pushing us—sometimes gently, sometimes with overwhelming force—toward the unknown.

I’ve started over more times than I can count. In all areas of my life and in how I see myself. Each time, I’ve stood on the brink of something new, frozen by fear and doubt, questioning if I could handle the fall. And yet, every time, I’ve chosen to leap.

Because staying stuck isn’t truly living.

Do You have Perfectionism?

Perfectionism is a personality trait characterised by the desire to achieve an exceptionally high standard of performance or behaviour, often accompanied by overly critical self-evaluation and concerns about others' evaluations. It can be both a motivating force and a source of stress, depending on how it is managed and expressed.

Key Features of Perfectionism:
High Standards: Setting exceptionally high goals or expectations for oneself or others.
Self-Criticism: Harshly evaluating oneself for not meeting perceived ideals.
Fear of Failure: Strong fear of making mistakes or being seen as inadequate.
All-or-Nothing Thinking: Viewing efforts or outcomes as either perfect or complete failures.
Procrastination: Avoiding tasks due to fear of not achieving perfection.
Need for Control: Striving to control situations or outcomes to ensure they meet specific standards.
Types of Perfectionism:
Self-Oriented Perfectionism: Setting excessively high standards for oneself and striving to meet them.
Other-Oriented Perfectionism: Placing unrealistic expectations on others.
Socially Prescribed Perfectionism: Feeling pressured to meet perceived societal or external standards.
Positive and Negative Aspects:
Positive (Adaptive) Perfectionism:
Motivation to achieve goals.
High organisation and attention to detail.
Satisfaction from accomplishments.
Negative (Maladaptive) Perfectionism:
Chronic stress, anxiety, or depression.
Difficulty completing tasks due to over-refinement.
Strained relationships due to critical behaviour.
Impact of Perfectionism:
It can lead to achievement and success when balanced with self-compassion.
If excessive, it may result in burnout, low self-esteem, or mental health challenges.
Managing perfectionism often involves cultivating self-awareness, practicing self-compassion, setting realistic goals, and learning to value progress over perfection.

Perfectionism can have a range of side effects, especially when it becomes maladaptive or excessive. These side effects often manifest in mental health, physical health, relationships, and daily functioning. Below are some common side effects:

Mental Health Side Effects:
Stress and Anxiety: Constant striving for unattainable standards creates chronic stress and worry.
Depression: Persistent self-criticism and feelings of failure can contribute to depression.
Procrastination: Fear of imperfection often leads to delays in starting or completing tasks.
Burnout: Overworking to meet impossible standards can lead to emotional and physical exhaustion.
Low Self-Esteem: Frequent feelings of inadequacy or failure can harm self-worth.
Obsessive-Compulsive Tendencies: Perfectionism may fuel obsessive thoughts or compulsive behaviours, such as over-checking or over-preparing.
Physical Health Side Effects:
Sleep Problems: Stress and overthinking can interfere with sleep quality and quantity.
Headaches and Fatigue: Chronic tension may lead to physical symptoms like headaches or exhaustion.
Weakened Immune System: Prolonged stress can compromise the immune system, making one more susceptible to illnesses.
Eating Disorders: Perfectionism is a risk factor for disorders like anorexia nervosa or bulimia, often tied to body image concerns.
Relationship Side Effects:
Strained Relationships: can lead to conflict, resentment, or frustration in relationships with others
Isolation: Fear of judgment or failure may cause avoidance of social situations or close connections.
Difficulty Delegating: A perfectionist may struggle to trust others to meet their high standards, leading to micromanagement.
Daily Life and Work Side Effects:
Inefficiency: Over-focusing on small details can hinder productivity and delay task completion.
Fear of Risk-Taking: Avoiding new challenges or opportunities due to fear of failure.
Inflexibility: Rigid adherence to personal standards may make adapting to change difficult.
Decreased Satisfaction: Focusing on flaws rather than accomplishments reduces overall life enjoyment.
Long-Term Consequences:
Chronic Health Issues: Long-term stress can lead to conditions like hypertension or heart disease.
Missed Opportunities: Fear of imperfection may prevent growth or career advancements.
Mental Health Disorders: Untreated perfectionism can contribute to severe conditions like generalised anxiety disorder or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
