I specialise in MASSAGE

Welcome to my massage world, Breathing Space, from the Cotswolds. I offer my mobile work within Cirencester and the surrounding villages of the Cotswolds. My massage bed goes with me everywhere but if you want a seated massage and prefer keep your clothes on my hands can be just as effective

During 2020 I moved from Cornwall, where I created Breathing Space in 2007. There I offered treatments from my own clinic, at a Chiropractors in Falmouth and mobile visits to holiday and care homes. I have returnrd to Gloucestershire to be nearer family and renew my love of the Cotswolds. I trained at the Jing Institute of Massage and use a fusion of techniques when working with clients. Working intuitively I adapt my treatments to the needs of the individual aiming to relieve pain, discomfort and anxiety. Advanced Clinical Massage blends traditional Swedish and Remedial Massage with Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. I embed Scar Tissue Therapy within my treatments. Raising Standards and Remaining Professional.

Monday July 19th signalled an end to the legally required Covid restrictions and we are now personally responsible for our ongoing protection.

As a therapist I have a professional duty of care and it is my priority to treat my clients safely, effectively and professionally. To comply with my professional association it is considered best practice to continue with the use of PPE and high levels and frequency of cleaning/hygiene protocols.

Where and when possible I shall do consultations on line, zoom, or by phone before the treatment.
