Hypnosis itself reduces anxiety and this is done very simply through relaxation and visualisation, allowing you to focus on the positive aspects of your life which encourages a shift in perspective. Stress and anxiety are a common complaint in todayโ€™s society and most people encounter it at some point in their life. A certain amount of stress can be dealt with naturally, as long as it stays within our safe limits but when it becomes too much for us to cope with it can affect our quality of life and lead to illness, physical and emotional exhaustion, increased anxiety or even panic attacks. Hypnotherapy gives us the ability to cope in different situations in a calm and effective way. Helping you control your anxiety levels and have a calmer, more confident approach to all situations.
