Sorry I’ve been quiet on socials since the house move. It’s taken a bit of time to settle in.

I’m so excited to say that we are building another garden studio 🎉 I felt sad leaving my old one behind, so am absolutely buzzing to be having a new one built! I can’t wait to create a calming space to welcome you all into! How magical to have it beneath the trees 🌲🛖✨

‘Body awareness through presence.’

Wednesday 11th June 7.30pm-8pm

Come into your body. Arrive. Breathe. Exist in the moment. Find stillness.

You are warmly invited to settle into your body for a time. To notice what it is telling you. To arrive into the sacred space that we will create together. To breathe. To find stillness and to simply ‘rest.’

This is a gentle meditation session that doesn’t require any previous meditation experience. You will simply be invited to sit in stillness while you listen to my voice and the gentle whisperings of you!. Inviting some calm into the mind, in order to fully inhabit the body and find some softness in presence.

Wear your PJs and slippers if you like! Bring your cuppas! Rock up as you see fit. Leave your cameras off if you prefer privacy and just sit with me in quietness for a time. We will try and keep microphones off for the majority of the session to make sure everyone gets the full benefit of the time but rest assured, I will be waving my hellos to all the friendly, familiar and new faces! The chat boxes can happily be used towards the end.
