Yesterday involved completing another CPD, this time in the Fascial Edge Tool!
This course entailed learning more about fascia, which covers every structure within the body. If fascia is hydrated and healthy, it is able to move freely. When problems occur and the fascia is stressed, it may become dehydrated, tight and unable to freely move. This can result in pain, restricted movement and lymphatic pooling.
This technique can be used to release any fascial tension, improve circulation and lymphatic draining, leading to improved mobility!
I’m looking forward to incorporating this tool into treating your animals!🐴🐶
