I’ve always been drawn to Dutch floral art.

The depth, the richness, the way flowers appear to emerge from shadow into light.
There is something both grounding and quietly dramatic about it — nature captured in a moment of stillness.
For me it reflects exactly what Ritual & Rest is about:
slowing down, softening the noise of life, and creating space for calm, beauty and restoration.

International Women’s Day ♡
Every day inside my treatment room, I have the privilege of meeting the most extraordinary women.
Women who are carrying businesses, families, grief, dreams, responsibilities and expectations.
Women who give endlessly to others and rarely pause long enough to receive the same care back.
Behind every massage, every quiet moment of stillness, every deep breath taken on the couch — there is a story, a strength, a resilience.
I see women who are tired but still showing up.
Women rebuilding themselves.
Women celebrating milestones.
Women holding it all together.
It is never “just a massage” to me.
It is a moment where women allow themselves to rest, to soften, to be looked after for a while.
Today I celebrate every single woman who walks through my door and trusts me to hold that space.
Your strength, your softness, your resilience — it is always seen here.

Welcome to Ritual & Rest.

Over time, the work I do has grown into something deeper than I ever imagined when I first began. What started as a place for treatments has slowly become a space where people come to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
With that in mind, I’m so happy to introduce the next chapter:

Ritual & Rest | Holistic Therapies

The name was chosen with care because it reflects the heart of what I hope every client experiences here.
Ritual represents intention — the small, grounding practices that bring us back to ourselves.
Rest is the space to slow down, restore, and be cared for in a world that rarely pauses.
The treatments remain the same nurturing, personalised therapies many of you already know and trust. This new name simply reflects more honestly the deeper intention behind the work.
To everyone who has supported me along the way — thank you. Your trust in me and in this space means more than I can ever say.
