On the day bookings are available Monday and Tuesday at Brinkworth House, nr Malmesbury SN15 5DF with Natasha, for pregnant mums and indeed anyone in the family who has developed aches and pains over the weekend. Please book online for a new MSK appmt or a preganancy MOT. We also are offering physiotherapy home visits in the Malmesbury area for older people who are needing rehab at home

PLEASE BRING a mat, a head cushion and a drink as needed.

Equipment will be provided, with the option to purchase and bring your own There is a form to fill in so please arrive 5 mins early and if you feel there are any aches and pains or conditions I need to know about in advance of the class please TEXT/CALL me on 07379499756

This is a 6 week term total cost is £75, cash or cheque accepted too (booking remains open pro rata if spaces allow)

We were online in the pandemic and then moved to Fridays at Poole Keynes Village Hall with my lovely group of dedicated pilates class goers!! Film club is now on a Friday so going to rethink our days. Look out for Pop up pilates classes on a Thursday at 920 at Poole Keynes Village Hall or St Michael's in Tetbury.
