Balance Challenge – Single Leg Stand Test ⚖️
How good is your balance… really?
Here’s the test:
1️⃣ Stand on one leg
2️⃣ Time yourself
3️⃣ Aim for 30+ seconds
4️⃣ Repeat on the opposite leg
If one side feels easier than the other…
That tells you something. You may need to work more on one side.
Want to level it up?
🔥 Close your eyes.
Balance becomes MUCH harder when your visual input is removed — which is why this is such a powerful test.
