Good evening,
My name is Charlii, I have been racing bikes for over 8 years and I absolutely love it!
I race for London Academy, a team on a mission to get more women racing bikes. As well as beyond that getting more female representation across the sport. For example, we're proud to have our team manager Sarah serving as chair of the Road Race Commission, and rider Hope as a member too.
I am also a co-founder of the Phoenix Collective, which started life as a race team and has now grown into a community. We are focused on getting more women cycling and just as importantly, supporting them to keep riding.
One thing I hear time and time again from organisers and clubs is that they want to improve their women's entries but aren't sure where to start. So I've put together a list of resources to help with exactly that.
