Just wrapped up training an excellent group of first aiders on the Regulated Level 3 EFAW + Forestry First Aid course at Highworth Community Centre.

Fantastic attitude throughout the course and a really high calibre of skills on display. Great engagement, teamwork, and confidence developing across the whole group, a pleasure to train! 👏🌲⛑️

A brilliant day delivering Outdoor Emergency First Aid training in Dunston Community Centre to the fantastic team at Space 2 Talk

As a veteran it’s so rewarding and inspiring to work with a group so clearly committed to the people they support. Every member brought energy, focus, and a genuine willingness to learn; all with the shared goal of being better prepared to keep others safe during their walking activities.

From practical scenarios to real-world discussions, the team fully embraced the training, building confidence in handling emergencies in outdoor settings. They all showed the skills, awareness, and mindset to step in when it really matters.

A huge thank you to Zena for getting in touch to ask me to train such an engaged and supportive group. You’re all doing incredible work, and it was a privilege to be part of your journey.

Lovely evening in Ampney Crucis village hall delivering Basic Life Support training 💛

Mums learning alongside their children, neighbours training together, and a real sense of community throughout. We focused on CPR, AED and the recovery position; simple skills that can make all the difference in an emergency.

This is what community first aid is all about: building confidence, looking out for one another, and making sure help is never far away.

Thank you to everyone who came along and got involved, you made it such a positive, supportive session.😀💯
