Just trained four members of the Fire & Flow Coffee Roasters and coffee shop team on a Regulated Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course today 🔥

Delivering the training onsite makes such a difference, it brings the learning to life, makes scenarios far more realistic, and helps people picture exactly how they’d respond if a real emergency happened in their own environment.

The team were absolutely brilliant; fully engaged, asked great questions, and threw themselves into the practical scenarios with real focus and enthusiasm. It’s always great to see people taking these lifesaving skills seriously while still enjoying the learning process.

A strong team now with the confidence and capability to step in when it matters most ☕️⛑️💪

Great day delivering Emergency First Aid at Work training for the team at the The Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises.

Brilliant teamwork, high standards throughout, and a group that really got stuck into the practical scenarios. Exactly what first aid training should be, totally professional, and engaging.

Just finished delivering a regulated Level 3 Outdoor First Aid course for three fantastic teachers who run Forest Schools across Wiltshire and Somerset. 🌿

It was a great couple of days working through real outdoor scenarios, building confidence, and developing the practical skills needed to manage incidents in woodland and remote learning environments. Forest School leaders often work away from immediate support, so having the right knowledge and calm decision-making skills can make a huge difference.

A great venue, a brilliant team ethos, and now three very capable First Aiders ready to look after their students and communities outdoors.

Well done all — it was a pleasure training with you.
