Meet Carole from Tuesday mornings who has so far lost 30lbs with KCALS.

It’s taken a while to get my head around calorie control but I'm there now and enjoying all my meals.

I have had brilliant support throughout from other members and listening to their weekly updates, helps massively.
I always leave class fully motivated.

I have been prescribed Monjaro by my doctor, diabetes and obesity +. It's not pleasant to be honest but I really believe rather than making my stomach feel full, it has put me in the correct frame of mind. Not going through these side affects without losing the weight, that's for sure.
