A calm space for you, with little ones welcome

I’m so excited to be re-launching this yoga class designed especially for mums (and dads) navigating life with babies and toddlers 🤍

🗓 Starting Thursday 12th February
(Runs every second week)
⏰ 9:30–10:15am
📍Leith St Andrews Church

These sessions focus on:
✨ Mum-life friendly movement
✨ Strengthening and stretching tired bodies
✨ Breathing and grounding
✨ Connection with other mums

Babies and toddlers are free to be themselves — feed, crawl, toddle, play, or nap. This is a safe, supportive space where nothing needs to be “perfect” 💛

Suitable for all levels — no previous yoga experience needed.

Tonights theme: Confidence & Connection 🌿

This week we’re closing the year with a grounding practice to help you feel rooted, steady and connected to your growing baby. We’ll move gently, build confidence in your changing body, and pause for a deeply nourishing rest.
