If you can't attend the zoom class for any reason you'll receive a copy of the Zoom video recording.

You will learn:
* a set of Yijin Jing 'muscle, tendon, ligament' exercises that are great for warming up all the sinew or fascia of your whole body
* eight Qi Gong exercises that improve the circulation or flow of blood and energy (qi / chi) around your body, nourishing your internal organs and enabling graceful movement
* eight Dao Yin breathwork exercises that each have their own character and benefits, enabling us to slow down and better connect
