Little Wins

Little Wins These 'Little Wins' can make a big difference. Please share any Little Wins that you use to make everyday things more manageable.

Little Wins is a Facebook community for people who have rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis to share the tips and hints that can help to overcome some of the daily challenges that come with having RA or PsA. Just small things like using a rubber band to open a jar, wearing heated boots to wake-up joints in the morning or using scissors to open packets of condiments in restaurants. As part of the campaign, we've been gathering up lots of Little Wins from people living with RA and PsA to help build the collection, but now we want YOUR input to make this list even longer. The Little Wins shared on this page are advice and in case of doubt, medication attention should be sought. Little Wins has been funded and initiated by Janssen Immunology EMEA.
