🌞 In this heat.... 💥
hydration is more than just drinking water.
When we sweat, we also lose essential minerals — electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium — which help regulate energy, muscles, nerves, and overall balance in the body.
If you’ve been feeling tired, foggy, dizzy, crampy, or depleted in the heat, your body may be asking for deeper replenishment. 💧✨
My lovely ayurveda friends took me to this art café when I had been feeling excessive heat. Such a nice place to sit back, enjoy music 🎶, yoga 🧘♀️, and simply slow down for a while.
Restoration is part of wellbeing too.
