It was a pleasure to see our 21-year-old patient 9 months after her open rhinoplasty. She initially wanted to address a dorsal hump and reduce tip projection following nasal trauma earlier in life.

At this stage, there is still some residual swelling—which is completely normal and will continue to improve over time, especially with taping. Already, there is a significant improvement in shape, with a more balanced and harmonious profile that complements her facial features beautifully.

9 months post open rhinoplasty ✨

This lovely 21-year-old patient wanted to smooth a bump on her bridge and refine tip projection following childhood nasal trauma.

At this stage, there’s still a little residual swelling—completely normal and expected to settle further with time (and taping). Already, her nose is much more balanced and in harmony with her facial features.

Results will continue to refine over the coming months 🤍

She was treated by a limited , as the skin excess was predominantly in the upper proportion of the upper arms - an incision all the way down to the elbow is not required in these cases and a shorter one can be used.
