We are here outside Parliament in London, standing with care providers from across the country, demanding urgent reform and fair funding for social care! 💙

📢 The message is loud and clear:

Care workers deserve better pay and recognition

Social care funding must be prioritized NOW, not in 2028

The system is failing—reform cannot wait

The dedicated workforce behind our NHS and social care system is in crisis. We are calling on the government to act before more services collapse, leaving the most vulnerable without the care they depend on.

TODAY WE TAKE ACTION! ✊💙

We are in Westminster with , standing shoulder to shoulder with fellow care providers to demand urgent reform. The government must listen, act, and fund social care properly—NOW!

For too long, dedicated domiciliary care workers have been stretched to their limits, delivering essential care while struggling to make ends meet. They are the backbone of our communities, ensuring the most vulnerable receive the support they need—yet they are not given the respect, recognition, or wages they deserve. This cannot continue.

The social care system is on the brink. A workforce crisis is growing, providers are closing, and those in need are left without vital support. The government's plan to review funding in 2028 is an insult—we need action NOW!

In Loving Memory of Christine Coley

With great sadness, we announce the passing of our cherished Training Manager, Christine Coley, who left us today. Christine was more than a dedicated colleague to all of us at E Care; she was a friend, a mentor, and a guiding light who genuinely cared for everyone around her.

Christine had a remarkable way of always putting others first. Whether it was helping a team member through a challenging day or guiding someone new in the industry, she went out of her way to make a difference in others' lives. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering support left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with her daughter, Nina, and her granddaughter, Emme, during this difficult time. Christine spoke often of her love for her family, and we know her legacy of warmth and selflessness will live on in them and in all of us who were privileged to know her.

Christine will be deeply missed but never forgotten. She leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication that will inspire us always.
