Support Worker
If you love a challenge and are looking for a new and fulfilling role, then we would love to hear from you. We’re looking for positive, proactive people to support others to live life well.
What does the role involve?
Every day is different and every person we support is unique. The role could include anything from day-to-day activities like cooking, crafts and personal or domestic care, to shopping and day trips, seeing family and supporting goals and aspirations such as going to college or holidays.
Above all, we look for people who are friendly, patient, compassionate and honest. Continuity and trust are very important in the work that we do, so reliability is key. The role is focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and encouraging people to achieve their goals.
