So my amazing Harry got his 12 1/2 stone award yesterday!! Very nearly half of his starting weight! From June 2024 this adorable Man has not only smashed his own weight loss goals but inspired so many others in my group and I’m sure outside of my group!
Success is defined by how much you put in to something to achieve it and he certainly has!
You can too just believe in yourself and do what you have to do! It’s not easy absolutely not but it is possible! Just believe and then you’ll achieve
it!
