Group day again tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing how members are getting on with our new February Challenge 100! That’s food optimising 100% which has brought so many fabulous weight loss victories to our group:
13 stone, 7 stone, 6 stone 5 stone … lots more and 1/2 stone first week for many too!

Holland on Sea slimming world is where it all happens:
Our two greatest weight losers in group were awarded this week …. 20 stones lost between them:
Harry has lost 13 stone and Steven 7 stone!
Their lives have been transformed by changing lifetime habits and eating healthier and still enjoy their meals out!
I think you’ll agree on their amazing transformations.
Congratulations to them both ❤️
