Vouchers – Important Information

To Clients,

I’d just like to share some important information regarding gift vouchers:
• Expiry Dates: Once a gift voucher has passed its expiry date, it can no longer be used.
• Booking in Advance: Please make sure you book at least four weeks in advance, as appointments can fill up quickly.
• Charity Vouchers: For vouchers donated to charities, the same expiry dates apply. If an appointment is booked but the client does not attend and no notice is given, the voucher will be cancelled. As you can appreciate, these vouchers are offered as an act of kindness and take up my personal time.

After much consideration, I have made the decision that Heart Mind and Soul will no longer be donating treatment vouchers to charities. Instead, I am happy to support by providing a small prize donation for raffles.
