I wanted to share that I’ll soon be moving out of the area. This has all happened quite quickly …due to some unexpected circumstances at my previous house …and an amazing opportunity to rent a truly beautiful home came up that I just couldn’t turn down! 💫

I’m so sorry for the short notice, and I want to thank all my lovely clients for your understanding, patience, and continued support. 💛

The good news is… I’ll still be coming back to Clacton once a week 🌊 so I’ll have a limited number of home visit appointments available going forward.

This next chapter feels really aligned and full of potential …I’m so grateful for all of you who’ve been on this journey with me. 🙏🏼

Why is the world so unwell?
Because we’ve strayed from what it means to be truly human. We are not broken… we are disconnected.

Our water is contaminated. Our food is poisoned, processed, and stripped of life. We eat too fast, too distracted. The soil is empty, and so are our cells. We fear the sun, breathe polluted air, and live under artificial light.

We’ve stopped moving with intention. We scroll instead of live. We push through exhaustion with caffeine, numb our pain with alcohol, and hand our trust to systems that profit from our dis-ease.

We coat ourselves in chemicals, block our feet from the earth, and carry unhealed wounds. We live in fight-or-flight, surrounded by radiation, programmed to fear and doubt. And still, we blame the “germ.”

But what if the real sickness is this lifestyle we’ve accepted as normal?
If true health mattered to those in power, they’d speak of sunlight, clean water, ancestral foods, community, grounding, and joy. But they don’t.

Because a strong, healthy, conscious population is a threat to the system.

We have the power to reclaim our birthright — to awaken, to remember, to reconnect with the Earth, our bodies, and each other.
