Viv will be covering Clacton.

Bank Holiday Monday 4th May class is cancelled I'm afraid as no one was available to cover. Rest of the week classes are as usual.

Hi Yogis. It's Easter break, I'm off a few classes over the next couple of weeks.

Friday 3rd April Clacton has been moved forward to 4.45pm and is being covered by Viv.

Dovercourt - I'm off Wednesday 8th & Friday 10th April. I'm not sure whose covering yet but will update when l know.

As mentioned yesterday, I'm off next week.

The lovely Louise is covering Wednesday 11th March and said it will still be Yin.

Friday 13th March, you get to welcome back Rita for a fab session.

Clacton Yogis - no changes for you, you still have me 😊 and I'll be teaching this Friday as normal.

I'm covering at Clacton today. Despite what the app says.....you have me teaching Yoga, 1 to 2pm.

Also note, Rita is covering the 5.45 to 6 45 class with Yoga as well.

Clacton Yogis - tomorrow, Friday 9th Jan

Just for tomorrow, the class at 6.30pm is on in the downstairs studio. The heating is on (so I've been told). I've never taught in this room before, apparently the heating control is not easily accessible so l won't be able to adjust.

I'd wear some layers and make sure your warm.

P.s, for anyone doing Viv's morning yoga classes, your also downstairs 😊

Not long to Christmas! Whoop whoop 😊

My last day of teaching and me in my festive leggings 😆 is Friday 19th December. I'll return on Monday 5th January.

At Clacton Viv is covering the two Mondays in-between, 22nd and 29th December. The Friday evening classes will be cancelled.

Any classes on at Dovercourt during those two weeks are being covered by Jill.

The Yellow poem that I've been reading out recently 💛

I looked up the word ‘yellow’ the other day.

I found so many shades of yellow that they had been distinguished by words like
gold
honey
daffodil.

I found words like fire and sand and champagne and lemon and sunbeam and I even found a song.

Now imagine someone telling yellow that it’s ‘just yellow’.
When yellow is a sunbeam and a daffodil and fire.
When yellow is a song.

Without yellow, we couldn’t make orange and we couldn’t create green and our world would be far less colourful because of it.

Yellow’s true colours are not limited to one thing.
And neither are yours.

Some days you are dark and fiery and intense.
Some days you are rich and bright and vibrant.
Some days you are buttercups and dandelions and some days you are champagne and a song.
And without you, someone’s life would be far less bright and far less beautiful.

You are you as
yellow is yellow.

And the world needs you.
Because, no matter what you think, you are not ‘just you’.

You are so much more.
