Half term next week so I'm off all week having lots of Halloween fun with the kids (27th Oct to 31st Oct).

All classes covered by some amazing Yogis.

Viv is covering my Clacton classes.

Dovercourt, you have Rita on Wednesday and Louise on Friday.

Good day Yogis, School holidays are upon us soon so l am taking some time off with the kids to have lots of fun😊.

Dates I'm off are as follows:-

Dovercourt classes -

Friday 25th July at 10am - Jill covering.

Two weeks off in August - Wednesdays & Fridays, 20th & 22nd & 27th & 29th August.

Clacton classes -

11th August at 1130 Sandie
18th August at 1130 Viv
22nd August at 1830 Sandie
25th August at 1130 Viv
29th August at 1830 Viv
1st September at 11.30am Viv

I've only gone and done it!! Whoop whoop

A fully fledged Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.

It's been an amazing journey! Hard work, lots of, dedication, determination and motivation was needed to say the least!! 😊

Thank you for everyone who has helped and supported me along the way, especially my husband, family looking after the kids over my training weekends and of course the many amazing past and present client's 😘

Looking forward now to the journey ahead.

I graduate on the first weekend in July! Whoop whoop 🙂

Next week is half term.....

Clacton Yogis
Monday morning class is on as normal with me. Friday 29th at 1830 is being covered by Viv.

Dovercourt Yogis
Jill is covering my classes next Wednesday and Friday at 10am. She is also doing a 10am bank holiday Monday class.

Monday Evening Dovercourt Yogis - Today is my last evening class ☹️(date changed from previous post).

Thereafter, the class is continuing as normal. I believe that Jill will be covering the following three weeks until a permanent Monday teacher is taken on.

No change to the Wednesday and Friday Dovercourt 10am classes, stuck with me for a very long time! 😆

Monday Dovercourt Yogis

I am back next week as normal on Monday night. However......my last evening teaching there is going to be on the 12th May I'm afraid☹️.

This is mainly due to childcare as my husband works shifts and as lovely as my family are at helping out it is not fair on them as it's become more regular.

Just to re-assure you, l will absolutely be continuing with my normal Wednesday and Friday morning classes at Dovercourt, your stuck with me for many more years yet! 😆

They are trying to find someone to take over the Monday class as l do appreciate that some can only attend in the evening.

See some of you tomorrow 😊
