The salt hag in me is restless.
Not that I am not at peace here, surrounded by love and laughter.
But no turning tide magic, no sand made from crystal, no waves to scream into or sing with. I miss the whispers from the waves, the gulls shouting gossip for all to hear.
And we aren't even going to touch on the sea breeze, oh how I miss the sea breeze.

Just an ocean drum (gifted by my chaos-hearted love) that I keep playing like I’m summoning whales. Or rain. Or both.

And still, I’m writing.
Faster than I’ve written in moons. Spells flying from my fingers, course pages spilling out like a flood I’ve finally stopped damming up.

I’m making something big.
The kind of offering I want to show the sea when I return to her.
Hold it up to the waves and say look what I made. Look what I remembered.

So if I seem quiet, know this:
I’m writing like a mad woman.
Drumming storms into the stone floor.
And praying to brine and blood and bone that it’s just the beginning.

The spell is cast. The seed is planted.
Now comes the question: what does care look like, in motion?

The waxing moon is rising, and with it, the tiniest tug of momentum.
Not pressure. Not pace. Just... invitation.

Support doesn’t have to be still.
It can be a walk outside.
A task completed for future-you.
A small yes to something your body quietly craved.

This isn’t hustle, it’s sacred action.
The kind that honours your intention by walking with it, step by step, tea by tea, word by word.

What one thing today can carry your new moon heart forward?

With the world as it currently is I feel like this might be useful to some.

Bach flowers were my gateway into plant medicine all those years ago and they still hold a special place in my heart.

If you are someone who struggles with uncertainty, or finding the positive, if you suffer from seasonal and hormonal disruptions then mustard is going to be my go to suggestion for you as part of any blend.

It's in my PMDD and PMS blends because it's so perfect at relieving those dark clouds that seemingly appear out of nowhere.

Mustard Bach Flower remedy relieves depression and restores joy, light, and serenity.

If you could create a bespoke gentle plant healing blend to help you live in your flow what would you want help with?

There’s a kind of magic that doesn’t shout. It doesn’t declare.
It whispers.

This new moon, we’re not goal-setting.
We’re heart-setting.

The blog today is a soft spell for beginning again.
Not from lack, but from love.
Not because something’s broken, but because something is ready.
Ready to be tended. Heard. Felt.

If your heart has been heavy, if the world’s noise has felt too sharp, this post is your quiet corner. A place to place your palms. A place to start small.

Read: New Moon, New Heart: Setting Soft Intentions

This new moon isn’t asking you to plan or perform, it’s inviting you to feel, to soften, and to begin again. A heart-centred ritual for quiet transformation.

The moon is gone tonight.
No light, no guidance, no clear path, just the hush.

This is the Dark Moon. The descent. The womb within the womb.

Tonight isn’t for asking or manifesting. It’s for being undone.
Let yourself unravel.
Let something go that doesn’t need to rise with you.
Cry, soak, journal, or sit in stillness with a cup of mugwort or nothing at all.

The dark moon doesn’t ask you to do.
She asks you to feel.

There are many ways to become a priestess, but for me, it always begins with a spiral.

Not a syllabus. Not a box to tick. A journey that moves inward, downward, and then back out again, like the womb, like the land, like the wheel of the year itself.

The first spiral of priestessing isn’t about teaching others.
It’s about remembering.
Walking the land with bare feet.
Tending your own rites.
Learning how to hold yourself before you ever hold another.

I always begin this spiral at Samhain.
Why? Because that’s when the veil thins, not just between worlds, but within ourselves. It’s when the roots speak louder than the leaves. When death becomes teacher, and darkness becomes doorway.

If you’ve felt the tug toward deeper service…
It doesn’t begin with a title. It begins with descent.
With listening. With learning the language of your own soul.

Would you walk a spiral, if it called?

🌟𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐞: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬🌟

After a long conversation this morning with someone signing up to take my Reiki masterclass, after just learning online during lockdown and not understanding the joys of the physical aspects of this amazing path I want to share a thought that has been at the core of my own healing at the moment (post nexus event) – finding the magic in the mundane and making a ritual out of the everyday.

Life can get hectic, and it's easy to lose ourselves in the rush of daily tasks. But what if I told you that amidst the chaos, there lies an enchanting opportunity to connect with the sacred energy that surrounds us, even in the simplest acts? ✨ That's where the beauty of incorporating rituals comes in!

One ritual I'd love to highlight is the seemingly ordinary act of handwashing. ! Something as routine as washing our hands can become a powerful practice to ground ourselves and channel positive energy throughout our day.

Here's a step-by-step guide to creating your handwashing ritual with a touch of healing energy: 🙌

1️⃣ Pause and Breathe: Before turning on the tap, take a moment to centre yourself. Close your eyes, inhale deeply, and exhale slowly. Feel the energy of the universe flowing into you with every breath.

2️⃣ Set an Intention: As you reach for the soap, set an intention for this cleansing ritual. It could be anything from letting go of negativity to inviting more love and healing into your life.

3️⃣ Invoke Positive Energy: Imagine a warm, glowing light surrounding your hands. Feel the loving, healing energy flowing through you, infusing the water and soap.

4️⃣ Wash with Awareness: Be fully present in the moment as you lather your hands. Feel the water cleansing not only your skin but also your spirit, washing away any tension or negativity that may have accumulated.

5️⃣ Gratitude and Affirmation: As you rinse your hands, express gratitude for the simple pleasure of this act. Silently or aloud, affirm positive thoughts, such as "I am cleansed, I am renewed, I am filled with divine energy."

6️⃣ Sealing the Ritual: After drying your hands, take another deep breath, knowing that this small yet significant act has connected you to the universal flow of energy. Carry this mindfulness with you throughout the day.

Remember, our lives are made up of these seemingly mundane moments, and when we infuse them with intention and awareness, they become a sacred dance with the universe. 🌌

If you want to know more about my Reiki teaching offerings including the masterclass for those who rushed their learnings or learnt only online or who haven't practised in years, or Crystal Reiki where I combine two of my favourite things or Reiki 1 if you want to start on this path of self-healing then drop me a message.

May your hands be forever blessed with healing energy, and may you find harmony and balance in the ritual of the everyday. 🙏💖

Some days the fire doesn’t roar. It flickers. It rests low in the belly.
But it’s still burning.

Today’s blog honours the quiet victories.
– Choosing rest over burnout.
– Saying no without guilt.
– Lighting a candle just for you.

You don’t have to do it all. You just have to not abandon yourself.

This is compassion in motion. This is how we uplift, not through noise or hustle, but through sacred, steady tending.

Read: Uplift the Quiet Fires

You don’t need to roar to be radiant. Honour the sacred softness that keeps your quiet fire alive with this week’s blog on everyday tenderness and triumph.

To the two brave souls who messaged after my last post to say I should stop sharing now that I’m not in the UK, and to the one who’s never met us but still managed to divine that I clearly married him for what he can give me, I truly hope you find something that brings you peace, joy, and maybe a bit of self-awareness.

Just a little reminder: lack of empathy is said to be the root of all evil.

When you read this I'll be in Germany!
In the house my husband’s been quietly tending, painting walls, setting things in motion, creating space for me to arrive. The house is has made a home for me.

It has a full basement.
Which feels like magic in itself. Like a root cellar for dreams.

A nook for the house wights has been sorted, cleansed and offerings already made.

It has a witches outbuilding. A place where future brews, where cauldrons might one day live, where things can steep unseen.

Support doesn’t always show up in rituals or big gestures.
Sometimes it’s practical. Soft. Real.
A cleared shelf. A cool room. A sense that someone thought of you when you weren’t there.

So here’s to grounded magic.
To houses becoming homes.
To the sacredness of arrival.
