Meaning ‘highest energy’ in Sanskrit, Parashakti yoga aims to provide the local community with energizing classes in traditional hatha yoga. Srina completed her teacher training course with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in London, part of the international Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres. The Sivananda centres were first established in 1959 by Swami Vishnudevananda, a disciple of one of the great spiritual masters of the 20th century, Swami Sivananda. The Sivananda yoga centres have been instrumental in spreading the joy of yoga internationally to countless people over the past 56 years.
