I have worked in education for around 30 years and during that time have undertaken other qualifications. I have always been interested in how the body works and wanted to learn more about this. I am a qualified gym instructor and currently do a few hours at the gym at Lee-on-the-Solent Tennis Club supporting gym members. I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and am able to offer appointments at Grace Medi Spa in Clanfield on a Wednesday evening, as well as offering a mobile service in other areas and times. Most of my clients have been seeing me on a regular basis for several years now and find that regular massage keeps the body working well.
