The symptoms of chronic fatigue come in many guises - exhaustion, sleep problems, stress, anxiety and worry aches and pain, brain fog and dizziness - the list is often long, complex and confusing. But at the heart of these symptoms is a

fellow human trying to be the best they can possibly be in really challenging circumstances. It's my mission to support as many women and men as I can to get their lives back from fatigue. Believing that recovery is possible can feel like a massive leap of faith, especially when you have been unwell for a period of time and may have tried lots of different approaches. Knowing that someone has got your back, every step of the way, makes a huge difference as you gradually re-build your energy levels so that they are reliable and consistent. Working out what's keeping you stuck or getting in the way of your recovery is a journey. Along the way you will regain confidence in your body, and yourself, as you put together the tools and techniques that work for you and mean that you can do all of the things you love, without having to pay the price for days afterwards. The power for you to become the person you dream of being is within you. Our work together simply brings it our of the cupboards, gives it a polish and puts it back on display! If your energy feels low,

And what it often needs isn’t more effort…

but small signals of safety.

A slower breath.
A moment of stillness.
A shift in attention.
Something that feels just a little lighter.

You just need one small shift.

Here are three gentle places to start:

🌿 Notice your tells
The small signals that your system is becoming activated

🌿 Interrupt the loop
Bring yourself back to the present moment

🌿 Give your body a signal of safety
Through breath, movement, or something that helps you feel calm

That’s it.

Not everything.
Not all at once.

Just something small and supportive.

You are not broken.

If you’re feeling exhausted, foggy, out of sorts…

it doesn’t mean your body is failing you.

It may simply mean your body has been trying to protect you
for a long time.

Your nervous system is designed to respond to anything that feels unsafe or uncertain.

And in modern life, that can be happening far more often than we realise.

So your body adapts.
It stays alert.
It uses energy.

And over time… that can leave you feeling depleted.

But when you understand this, something shifts.

Because it becomes less about “fixing yourself”
and more about gently supporting your system.
