💜 Katie’s Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath is the perfect opportunity for you to take some much needed time out and give back to yourself. Providing a safe and thought-provoking space for you to really get in touch with your inner world.

🌟 What to expect:

Ceremonial Cacao is a form of high-grade traditional drinking chocolate widely used to help ground the mind body and spirit, opening the heart to new creative and spiritual pathways.

Drinking ceremonial cacao can help you to feel warm and elated whilst facilitating a deep connection to life and beautiful moments, the perfect precursor to a beautiful sound bath.

After the cacao, we invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy a session of vibrational medicine as you embark on a sound journey into deep relaxation and restoration.

💜 Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring one or two blankets and pillow for extra cosiness, plus a journal and pen for jotting down your thoughts and insights. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat to lay on, or we have plenty to lend out.

Time to start your new yoga journey?

☯️ Our Monday evening yoga classes with our highly experienced teacher Sherry, can be perfect for the end of your day. A gently challenging, fun and mindful practice with a mixture of hatha and vinyasa yoga plus a pinch of breath work and meditation. Helping you to decompress from the day and leave you with a blissful feeling of strength and peace.

Mondays 4.30pm - 5.30pm & 6pm - 7pm

☯️ And for the perfect start to your day, we also offer classes with our very talented yoga teacher Rosie, on Thursday mornings. Rosie’s classes are also a mixture of hatha and vinyasa yoga. Rosie encourages you to challenge yourself, building on mental and physical strength within a supportive, fun and peaceful environment. Setting you up to feel calm and energised for the rest of your day.

Thursdays 7.30am - 8.30am & 9.30am – 10.30am

☯️ All our classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced. Classes take place in our intimate and relaxed yoga studio. We have plenty of mats available to borrow if needed.

☯️ Prices are £10 per class or 6 classes for £50 *(all 6 classes must be block booked within a minimum of 8 weeks, and paid for upfront).
