Time to start your new yoga journey?
β―οΈ Our Monday evening yoga classes with our highly experienced teacher Sherry, can be perfect for the end of your day. A gently challenging, fun and mindful practice with a mixture of hatha and vinyasa yoga plus a pinch of breath work and meditation. Helping you to decompress from the day and leave you with a blissful feeling of strength and peace.
Mondays 4.30pm - 5.30pm & 6pm - 7pm
β―οΈ And for the perfect start to your day, we also offer classes with our very talented yoga teacher Rosie, on Thursday mornings. Rosieβs classes are also a mixture of hatha and vinyasa yoga. Rosie encourages you to challenge yourself, building on mental and physical strength within a supportive, fun and peaceful environment. Setting you up to feel calm and energised for the rest of your day.
Thursdays 7.30am - 8.30am & 9.30am β 10.30am
β―οΈ All our classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced. Classes take place in our intimate and relaxed yoga studio. We have plenty of mats available to borrow if needed.
β―οΈ Prices are Β£10 per class or 6 classes for Β£50 *(all 6 classes must be block booked within a minimum of 8 weeks, and paid for upfront).
