👀🎉 Next Sports Massage course starts September 25 🎉👀

🍁 The Body Health Centre are very excited to announce that our next fully accredited with Active IQ, Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy course will start in Autumn 2025. This will be an evening course of 2 nights per week and 2 weekends.

💛 This Level 3 Sports Massage course will enable you to achieve your goals by giving you the first step into starting a new career.

🙏🏼💐🤍 Thank you for your patience last week, while we had a work experience student in the clinic 🤍💐🙏🏼

And a very big thank you to our lovely student Logan. He’s been very helpful and polite throughout, and has certainly learnt a lot during his time with us too.

Logan’s been focusing on increasing his knowledge on Sports Massage Therapy. Whilst working with us, he made us a poster to highlight the key benefits.

We wish Logan the very best of luck with his future career and endeavours.

A gently challenging, fun and mindful practice with a mixture of hatha and vinyasa yoga plus a pinch of breath work and meditation. Helping you to decompress from the day and leave you with a blissful feeling of strength and peace.

Mondays 4.30pm - 5.30pm & 6pm - 7pm

☯️ And for the perfect start to your day, we also offer classes with our very talented yoga teacher Rosie, on Thursday mornings. Rosie’s classes are also a mixture of hatha and vinyasa yoga.
