STRESS & ANXIETY – and how they affect your body
When we’re feeling stressed or anxious, our breathing often becomes shallow. This can cause the muscles in your neck and chest to step in to help, even though they’re not really meant to. Over time, this can lead to tightness and tension in the neck, shoulders, upper back, and even the jaw and head.
I can help ease that built-up tension, and also show you some simple breathing exercises you can use at home to help your body relax and reset.
