Update - our phones are now up and running. Thank you for your patience.

We are currently experiencing issues with our phone lines. Please do not select the call back option when contacting the surgery as we cannot make any outgoing calls and we can only recieve incoming calls. The service providers are working our hardest to get this rectified as soon as possible. Thank you - CCMC

Patient Notice

We would like to make you all aware for safety reasons. When attending the surgery please be careful of the pavement outside and the grates there seems to be movement in them causing trip hazards. Our practice has report this to the council on several occasions and are awaiting for it to be rectified, and we have put a cone outside on the grate.

Please all take extra care when coming to the surgery, our patient's safety comes first.

Thank you 😊

Diabetes Awareness Week is a week to make some noise, raise awareness and shout about the things that matter to people with diabetes.

That's why we think it's important to shine a light on the health checks you need when you have diabetes 🔦✨

What regular health checks should you get?

Every year people with diabetes should have..

• A Hba1c test, which checks average blood sugar levels over the last 3 months.
• A blood pressure check.
• Blood and urine tests to check how your kidneys are working.
• Eye screening to check for signs of diabetic retinopathy, which is a complication of diabetes.
• A foot check to ensure there is no nerve or circulation problems.
