Sometimes the answer isn’t more effort — it’s better care.

Even this horse is stretching over the fence for what’s on the other side — and getting himself in a bit of a tangle.

When life is busy and stressful, we often get in a tangle too.

Pushing on, reaching further, trying to do more… and wondering why we’re exhausted or not sleeping well.

Reflexology gives you time to stop, relax, and reset.

Many clients use it as regular support when stress is high, sleep is poor, or life feels non-stop.

You don’t need greener grass on the other side - just a bit of care for your own.

Small steps matter.

Whether you choose an individual session or a package of treatments, each visit is a step towards feeling more at ease.

Taking time to rest, to breathe more deeply, and to gently support your body can help ease stress, improve sleep, and restore a sense of balance over time.

For those who’d like extra support, my Four Months at Four Seasons Programme is available as an optional add-on.

Gift vouchers are also available — a thoughtful way to treat a friend or loved one who could do with some time out, care, and TLC.

I offer reflexology and acupressure through a range of supportive techniques, working with:
• Feet
• Hands
• Ears
• Face and scalp
• Ear seeding
My four-month programme brings these together, incorporating a full range of these areas to gently support balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

Warm wishes, Karen x

Ear Seeds & Auriculotherapy (Ear Reflexology)

Diagram shows points for a cough and sore throat - please note not all of these are suitable for ear seeding!

Auriculotherapy (ear reflexology), and Ear seeds are a gentle addition to reflexology on feet, scalp, face, or hands: working with reflex points on the ears can support relaxation and emotional wellbeing. They can also be used as a stand alone therapy.

During your session, I carefully apply the seeds to selected points and they remain in place for a short time, offering subtle, ongoing stimulation.

Home Care:
If it feels right for you, I’ll show you how to gently activate the seeds at home as part of your aftercare. The seeds are always applied by me during your treatment.

A simple, non-invasive way to continue the sense of calm beyond your session.

All therapies are included in the Four Months at Four Seasons Programme.

Promise yourself regular wellbeing.

My client had struggled with sleep for about 10 years, waking frequently, and taking 30 minutes to get back to sleep each time.

After a few visits she reported sleep was no longer a problem.

We know reflexology doesn't cure insomnia, however it does provide immense relaxation, which in itself has a physical effect on the quality of sleep.

It has been evidenced that relaxation techniques can modulate hormone levels, with an increase in melatonin and a decrease in cortisol, contributing to improved sleep and reduced stress levels.

Additionally, there are research papers about Reflexology and sleep.
Read the research here:
