I don’t mean changing everything about your life.
I mean noticing where you are… and giving yourself a bit more support there, and why not try the self care tips below?
This is where reflexology fits in.
Your feet, hands, and ears all give you a simple way to tune in to what your body needs.
Nothing complicated — just simple, steady touch.
* If your mind feels busy, try this:
Hold your thumbs or your big toes for a minute or two. No pressure to “fix” anything — just hold and breathe.
* If your chest feels tight or your breathing is shallow: Press into the soft middle of your palm or the centre of your foot. Let your shoulders drop as you do it.
* If you feel generally out of sorts: Work from big toe to heel, or thumb to wrist - slow, not rushed.
* And if you want something you can come back to through the day: Ear seeds can be really helpful. Once they’re in place, you can gently press them when you need a moment.
This isn’t about doing it right.
It’s about giving your body a bit of attention before it starts shouting for it.
Or if you’d rather someone guide you through it, that’s exactly what I’m here for.
I’ve also put together a May starter package for new clients — £115 for 3 sessions, to be used across May and June.
A simple way to give yourself some consistent support, rather than a one-off.
That’s where growth begins. Quietly, and in your own time.
Are you ready?
