Last week we held our Memory Café Christmas Party🎉🎄
Everyone enjoyed the lovely festive food provided by The Lunch box and Royal Biccies, party games, presents and raffle as well as joining in with the amazing singing by the Committed2Rock Choir 🎶🎄💕
It’s been another wonderful year at the memory Café, thanks to all our star guests, our fabulous volunteers and especially our lovely clients for making it so special; also thanks as always to Whitehaven Rufc who make it possible.
The Café runs every 2 weeks 11.00am -12.30pm and is also attended by the NHS Memory Matters Team for advice and support to carers.
If you are interested in attending or would like further information, please call our office on 01946 552166.

At this week's Memory Café we had reminiscence activities while enjoying homemade crumble and custard made by our Helen 🥧
A huge thank you to Jordan Mattinson who gave out warm hats and snoods from his Hellvelyn range, modelled here by the lovely Hughie 🙂

Temperatures are dropping across the country this week.
Cold weather can have a serious impact on health, particularly in older people and those with pre-existing health conditions.

“Giving our older generation the opportunity to live fulfilled & independent lives, through providing personalised advice & support”
Who we are:
We are a not for profit Social Enterprise providing information, advice and guidance to over 55’s in Copeland on financial matters, housing issues and living safely and independently wherever they choose.
We decided to set up this social enterprise as we identified a huge gap in service provision which was having an impact on clients, their families, NHS, Social Care and other third sector organisations who were already under great strain.
Collectively we are providing vast experience of community based supportive roles within the third sector and have many years experience working with a variety of client groups alongside numerous partner agencies.
