FYI - If you take Sertraline, please check your batch number and make sure you aren't affected by this announcement.

The MHRA has advised healthcare professionals to stop supplying the affected batch of Sertraline 100mg and return all remaining stock to their suppliers.

✨️ Happy New Year 2026 ✨

As winter continues, this is your reminder that sustainable well-being doesn’t begin with pressure or resolutions. It begins with rest, reflection, and regulation.

Nature is still in its wintering phase, and so are we. Slowing down now supports your nervous system, reduces overwhelm, and creates the foundations for calm confidence and meaningful change later in the year.

This January, let go of rushing. Align with the season. Choose one small, intentional step that supports your mental health and long-term well-being.

✨️ Your mind finds what you look for... so what are you looking for today?

Our brains are wired to notice more of what we focus on. It's part of survival, an inbuilt, pattern spotting system designed to keep us safe. Great, right? But if we are constantly on the lookout for problems, our brain just shows us more of them until that's all you notice.

🌿 When we shift our focus toward joy, gratitude, and calm, our brain begins to look for that instead.

With a bit of repetition, neuroplasticity is your friend and in time... you've got 99 problems, but stress ain't one!

Dopamine, our reward chemical (a key role in motivation, movement, and mood) loves novelty. Those small, simple, and often fleeting moments that light us up without effort.

☕️ The first sip of morning brew.

☀️ A patch of sunlight through the window.

🐦 Birdsong on your daily walk.

💬 A kind word from a friend or loved one.

These little ✨️sparks of joy✨️ are powerful because they remind your mind that joy is already there.

Positive thoughts

A problem shared is a problem halved. Imagine a story shared.

Sharing courageously the parts of ourselves, our experiences that we think hold little value for others, is actually a precious gift 🫂.

Someone, somewhere, hearing your story, is releasing a sigh of relief.

💭 I'm not alone.
💭 It isn't just me.
💭 I'm not a failure.
💭 I'm not losing my mind.
💭 My experience is valid.

A story shared is a connection made and healing set in motion.

The connection itself may be fleeting, or it may blossom into more, but at the very least, it's a positive interaction that makes a difference in the world...

🌿 This May, Mental Health Awareness is all about connection 🧠✨

Because, when we feel connected to others, our nervous system shifts into a state of calm and safety. Exactly what we need to nurture a healthy, resilient and balanced mental health state.

🫂Connection is not just emotional support, it’s essential regulation.

Spending time with the right kind of people, those who uplift us, understand us, and support us, can ease feelings of loneliness, reduce stress, and boost our sense of wellbeing and belonging.

It’s not about being extroverted, constantly social, or a social butterfly. It’s about finding meaningful connection in a way that suits who you are, surrounded by people whose presence makes you feel good.

💬 A chat with a friend, a brew with a family member, a shared walk in nature, a creative moment with someone who just gets you, a smile of acknowledgement to the familiar stranger you see on a regular basis as you go about your separate business, these simple acts of connection can have a powerful, positive impact on your mental health and wellbeing.
